Policy
Fill Policy: I recommend coming in for a fill every 2-3 weeks. You must have at least 40% of extensions on each eye. If you come in with less than 40%, there will be an up-charge of $25. Please let me know in advance to avoid any surprises.
Please come in with clean lashes. $10 up-charge if lash bath is used.
Continuing Foreign Fill: $20 will be charged on top of my regular fill price if you come in with foreign work. If the foreign work is bad work, and I can't work over it- I will recommend removal plus a full set. If you deny my recommendation, I have the right to refuse service.
Foreign Fill: if you are coming in from another salon/lash artist, and want a fill from me please read. If you have less than 40% on both eyes, it will be considered a full set. If your set is damaged, for example: I can't brush through lashes, clumps of glue or clusters- I will charge a removal plus a full set.
Appointment Policy:
Please arrive to your appointment without eye makeup, eyeliner, mascara on. Mascara an/or strip lash glue found on lash extensions will result in a $10 cleaning fee.
No caffeine and energy drinks prior to your appointment as it will make your eyes flutter/water affecting application.
If you are running late, please notify me. Any later than 15 minutes your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Booking: to secure your appointment a $20 booking fee must be paid. This fee comes out of the total cost of your appointment- it serves as a reservation.
